Golf Tournament

 $150.00   per person

A shotgun start begins at 11 a.m. You will have a box lunch to take with you as you play. When you play in the golf tournament you have (1) entry to the CharityBASH and you may bring (1) guest to the CharityBASH. Proper Golf attire is required.

 

TennisFEST

$75 per player

The TennisFEST will have Skills Training and then a Doubles Competition. The TennisFEST starts at 1:00 p.m.  Lunch will be served at 12:00 p.m.  Your entrance to the TennisFEST  includes  (1) entry to the TennisFEST,  (1) entry to the CharityBASH and you can bring (1) guest to the CharityBASH. Proper tennis attire required.

 

CharityBASH

 $40 per person

This part of the Classic is always a blast.  There will be a reception and No Host Bar followed by a Buffet Dinner with wine service, silent auction and a live auction. 

 

Kid’S Club Charity Classic Camp

  $30:00 per child. (Children 5 & up)

Your child  can have a ton of fun during the Charity Classic at Kid’s Club Camp. They will play games, watch movies and have lunch/dinner.  It will be available during all three events.  Children must be 5 years old and up.

From the start of September through Tuesday, October 4th, the Athletic & Swim Club will be holding a Silent Auction to benefit two worthy charities. All funds raised will be donated to Augie’s Quest, (ALS -TDI) and the ClubCorp’s Employee Partners Care Foundation (EPCF).  Items and services will be posted in the club for members to review.  Look for things like dining at fine restaurants Le Bernardin and Il Gattopardo, tickets to Broadway shows and Lincoln Center productions, and overnight stays at NYC hotels.

Bidding is an ongoing process, which will continue until the cutoff date, October 4th, at 9 p.m. During this period, bidding is competitive and open to all those interested.  Take a good look at our list and enter a bid at any time for your choices. Each page will show all previous bids so that those participating in the silent auction know that they need to bid higher in order to get the item. If someone outbids you, you have the option to put in a still higher bid.  In the end, the bidding will be closed at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4th.  The highest bidders get their choices.  Following the cutoff time and date, winner’s will be asked to purchase their items for the winning bid.  If the first place bidder fails to make the purchase, the second place bidder will be contacted.
