Your business will have a large banner at the Stages or Outdoor events, be featured as our Premier Sponsors in all of our marketing and your representative will be recognized at each event.

Premier Sponsorship of the Dinner, Dance & Auction  party will have a table for up to 8 representatives, at the Tennis Tournament & Casino night your representative and family will give the winning prizes and at the Golf Tournament you will be given a 4 person team entry, hole sponsorship of the 1st and 18th hole….all in addition to the banners and marketing mentioned above. 

Event Sponsorship

Your business will be recognized on the sponsorship main banner, either recognized at the tables for the events, all food & beverage at the events outdoors, given a hole sponsorship sign at the 1st    hole and entry to the event you are sponsoring for 4 people

* 50% of enrollment fees for all new members will be donated now through Septemebr 30, 2016.

* Silent Auction - September 1st through October 4th, 2016.

From the start of September through Tuesday, October 4th, the Athletic & Swim Club will be holding a Silent Auction to benefit two worthy charities. All funds raised will be donated to Augie’s Quest, (ALS -TDI) and the ClubCorp’s Employee Partners Care Foundation (EPCF).  Items and services will be posted in the club for members to review.  Look for things like dining at fine restaurants Le Bernardin and Il Gattopardo, tickets to Broadway shows and Lincoln Center productions, and overnight stays at NYC hotels.

Bidding is an ongoing process, which will continue until the cutoff date, October 4th, at 9 p.m. During this period, bidding is competitive and open to all those interested.  Take a good look at our list and enter a bid at any time for your choices. Each page will show all previous bids so that those participating in the silent auction know that they need to bid higher in order to get the item. If someone outbids you, you have the option to put in a still higher bid.  In the end, the bidding will be closed at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4th.  The highest bidders get their choices.  Following the cutoff time and date, winner’s will be asked to purchase their items for the winning bid.  If the first place bidder fails to make the purchase, the second place bidder will be contacted.
